About the Project

There is no sufficient textbook to use to cover all of the vast topics discussed in this course. This project was designed to create a cerntralized database for the information need to teach Latinx culture and history through literature, and to be used as a resource for teaching courses, such as BL 190 - Introduction to Borders and Languages.

The Gender and Sexualities department has come together with the Engineering department to creat this database as an easily accessible, open source tool for professors and students around the world. The web developer, Cheyenne Tucson, was sponsored by NSF REU (#1757953). The development of the website was sponsored by the FLC OER grant.
